We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so Cole Haan accepts returns of unworn, original-condition merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid UPS shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip before securely sealing the box and attaching the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
